Privacy and Visibility

Need to decide what the default privacy setting are, what things have privacy/visibility settings and what the options are.

Default Settings

- Your profile should be visible to everyone in your organisation, people you collaborate with (all collaboration relationships are two-way)
- It should be possible for anyone in your organisation to send you a collaboration request.
- What about search?
- What about job offers?
